She’s still rich. Everyone knows Leia had a portfolio of off-planet investments, as a tax shelter from the notoriously high tax rate on Alderaan, which was a result of the government spending a trillion republic credits on the notorious “cash for clunkers” spaceship program (described recently).
Um, how are you going to get to The Death Star if: 1) its in another galaxy, 2) how are you gonna get on board, 3) the title in Star Wars always says “A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away” and lastly 4) theres already a story telling how the situation is in 124 ABY?
Um… you do realize that this is all make believe…. right? Besides, it looks like they’re already on the Death Star to me. Last time I checked, this event happened just prior to the Battle of Yavin, in fact it’s one of the events that lead to it.
Reminds me of the Marvel comics story where Han finds out all his assets were frozen because…well, his assets were frozen. The scene between him and the woman at the “bank” is classic. And still happens at banks to this day.

Yeah,his assets were frozen,not his ass so he should stop being one and get to work. After all,he is Luke’s future brother-in-law.
