It’s a Super Bowl reference Walter. The Pittsburgh Steelers lost to the Green Bay Packers. The Packers fans are called “Cheese Heads” and wear giant “hats” that look like blocks of cheese.
LOL… I didn’t have a dog in the fight either. The strip actually came from a FaceBook post I made last night during the game about having forgotten to order a Cheese Head Hat… so I just got some Kraft Singles from the fridge.
Personally, I think it is hilarious! Apparently the Packers (great hometown story and team…not the “Evil Empire” of football as are the Patriots and Steelers….) do NOT suck… they are the CHAMPIONS, and deservedly so! Great game last night, and a great strip today! WTG, Niktom!
It was a good game, I watched it even though I don’t like both the teams. I really thought that the Packers and the Steelers played their hearts out, but I did think the Ben Roethlisberger could have done a bit better.
